Jeremy McLeod
Co-Founder
Jeremy is the co-founder of Nightingale Housing and Breathe, a team of architects focused on sustainable urbanisation. Jeremy is the recipient of the 2018 Victorian President’s Prize and the AIA’s 2016 Leadership in Sustainability Prize. Jeremy is also the Head of Partnerships at Goodbye Gas.
Tamara Veltre
Co-Founder
Tamara is the co-founder of Nightingale Housing and Breathe, an architecture firm that believes humanity and the planet matter. Breathe has led sustainable design for over 25 years, advocating for the people in the cities where we live and work. The Nightingale Model was founded on this conviction.

Duncan MacGregor
Executive Chair
Duncan has 25 years’ experience in property development and finance. He has led capital procurement for Nightingale since 2017, driving affordability through financial efficiency. His passion for Nightingale's mission led to our transition to a full charity and our continuing pursuit of impact.
Fiona Hurst
Director
Fiona has 30 years experience of project management, contract delivery and senior business management. She has worked within highly complex industry environments ranging from railway construction, engineering consultancy to the education domain.
Rebecca Thomas
Director
Rebecca is a banking and funds management professional with over 20 years experience. She has previously held the role of Executive Director, Impact Investing at Social Ventures Australia, leading institutional investment into projects that deliver both a financial and social return.

Toby Dean
Head of Community
Toby’s role spans all completed and upcoming Nightingale projects, forming the foundations for friendly relationships with existing and future residents. He also works alongside Community Housing Providers to help address inequality in access to quality and secure housing.
Simon Pearce
Head of Delivery
Simon brings a wealth of both general and specialist knowledge relevant to the complexities of delivering large scale residential projects. He oversees site acquisition, feasibilities, town planning, design development, tender negotiations, construction and project settlement.
Tanya Tran
Financial Controller
Tanya brings 15 years of leadership and experience to Nightingale’s finance, governance, and operations. A seasoned Finance and Operations Executive, she is known for her hands-on expertise in financial reporting, strategic planning, risk management, and supporting purpose-driven work.
James Senior
Partnerships Manager
James oversees new business at Nightingale and works with development partners, suppliers, architects and the property sector. He brings a keen understanding of brand alignment and delivering projects on mission.
Kajsa Souter
Assistant Development Manager
Kajsa began at Nightingale Housing as a full-time graduate in the Delivery Team. She now works across the entire organisation, assisting with project delivery, communications and community engagement.
