Nightingale Ngarrga Terragulk

Nightingale Ngarrga Terragulk is a collection of five buildings, each designed by a different leading architecture studio. The project follows in the footsteps of The Village, a six-building precinct just over the road.

This precinct has been given a Woi Wurrung name meaning ‘dancing branches’, and includes generous private and public greenery. A new community park will run between the buildings and the train line; residents will have access to a shared backyard space at the rear of the development; and a lushly landscaped internal courtyard runs through the core of four adjoining buildings.
