Introducing Nightingale Wurrgumang: our first-ever collection of sustainable terrace homes, grounded amongst a lush and biodiverse landscape in Coburg North. With small footprint terrace homes up to three-bedroom terrace homes available, Nightingale Wurrgumang is for families, friends and singles alike. Private open spaces complement the shared spaces Nightingale is known for, redefining the notion of home with a strong focus on community and connection to nature.
Please join us for Information Session 1 to be held at 6:15pm on Tuesday 14 April at Balam Balam Place. There is also an option to join on Zoom.
This information session will be the first of two presentations. At this session, we will introduce ourselves, the site, the project team, price brackets, typical floor plans and key dates. The evening’s session will conclude with a Q&A.
Recordings of both info sessions and a PDF with detailed floor plans, pricing, indicative finishes, etc. will be available for download here the day after our second info session. While we highly recommend participating in our info sessions, attendance is not a requirement. However, to enter the ballot you must be registered with us.
By the way, you can find answers to some frequently asked questions in our FAQ section. Some related questions below:
