Introducing Nightingale Wurrgumang: our first-ever collection of sustainable terrace homes, grounded amongst a lush and biodiverse landscape in Coburg North.

In consultation with Wurundjeri Elders, the project has been given a Woi Wurrung name meaning 'homes in the forest'.

WWith small footprint one-, two- and three-bedroom homes available, Nightingale Wurrgumang is for families, friends and singles alike. Private open spaces complement the shared spaces Nightingale is known for, redefining the notion of home with a strong focus on community and connection to nature.

We acknowledge the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, the Traditional Custodians of the land upon which Nightingale Wurrgumang stands. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture.
