Never Too Small has shared a beautiful feature on a Teilhaus at Nightingale Preston.⁠ Thanks to Never Too Small for showcasing small, sustainable living from around the world.

Today, we joined Cobild and the extended project team at Nightingale Umarkoo Wayi to celebrate top-out. ⁠⁠It was a great moment to acknowledge everyone's commitment to the project and the wonderful work that's been done so far. Nightingale Sheppard has won a majority at the Planning and Related Matters Meeting at Merri-bek City Council. This win is the first step toward securing a planning permit and delivering these homes.⁠⁠

Women's Property Initiatives were on site this Tuesday to see the progress at Nightingale Umarkoo Wayi.

WPI are a registered Community Housing Provider, securing long term Affordable housing for low-income women and women-led families. Single women over 55 are the fastest growing demographic experiencing homelessness in Australia.

Nightingale Village wins the UIA 2030 Award for adequate, safe and affordable housing.

We are delighted to see Milieu, Assemble and Hickory appointed by Development Victoria to deliver Fitzroy Gasworks.⁠⁠

Milieu will supply around 420 homes on the site. Nightingale Housing will have an allocation of homes in partnership with Milieu.⁠⁠

Our partner Fisher & Paykel welcomed the Nightingale team to their newly opened Experience Centre on Brunswick Street, beautifully designed in collaboration with Clare Cousins Architects recently. We had a fabulous time checking out the latest appliance technology and integration possibilities while sampling delectable bites prepared by Ishank, the in-house Chef. Thanks for having us F&P.

National Ride2Work Day was a celebratory reminder of why we love sustainable transport and community! The atmosphere at Nightingale Village was buzzing with energy. Good Cycles, Ima Pantry, and Bicycle Network pulled out all the stops—free bike tune-ups, coffee and breakfast, even bike engraving from Vic Police. More photos from the day.
