We're returning to our roots with a new apartment project.

Meaning ‘homes end’ in Woi Wurrung language, Nightingale Wilam Ganga is a unique apartment project located on Florence Street, next door to Nightingale 1, in the heart of Brunswick where it all began.

Designed by Six Degrees Architects, the award-winning team behind Nightingale 2, the project will be connected to the rich tapestry of Nightingale communities along the Upfield bike path.

Nightingale Wilam Ganga offers a diverse range of homes, including Teilhaus, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom homes as well as distinctive double-storey apartments. These residences will be complemented by quality shared spaces on the rooftop with uninterrupted views to the west.

Join us for the first info session!

Please join us for Information Session 1 to be held on Tuesday 25 June at the Brunswick Town Hall.   

The 6.30pm session is now sold out.

Due to high demand, we will run a repeat session at 7.45pm - now available to book here.

‍At this session, we will introduce the site, the building, the project team, what makes a Nightingale community, key dates, and information about the ballot process. The session will include an opportunity to ask questions.

While we highly recommend participating in our info sessions, attendance is not a requirement. However, to enter the ballot you must be registered with us.

‍At the second and final session, we will hear from 6 Degrees on the design response. We will also share details on materials, floorplans and pricing. At the conclusion of the session, the ballot will be opened.

We acknowledge the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, the Traditional Custodians of the land upon which Nightingale Wilam Ganga stands. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture.
